Teaching Teams
At KIS our core subject corses are organized into "teams." That means that students will be part of a team, and the students on that team will all have the same core teachers (Math, Science, English and Social Studies). For the most part students are not "cohorted", so students experience a variety of different classmates in each class period who are also on that same "team."
Elective classes are unique in that rosters are comprised of students from any of our teams.
