Crafts

OBJECTIVES:

1.  Develop basic knowledge, techniques, and skills used in making crafts.

2.  Explore a variety of craft materials and techniques.

DESCRIPTION:  In this class we will make craft projects.  The class will craft with paper, fabric, and other materials.  Also, this course will introduce students to aspects of art such as color theory and the elements and principles of art and design.  Crafts class will develop students’ knowledge, skills and experience through:  art making, art appreciation, and exposure to a variety of 2-dimensional and 3-dimensional media.
